- PMC anti ragging
Ragging in any form, on any student, inside or outside College campus or halls of Residence of the College, is absolutely prohibited as per “West Bengal Act XII of 2000”. “West Bengal Prohibited of Ragging in educational institutions Act 2000” has been passed by the West Bengal Legislature. As per law the ragging is a grave offence and invites stringent punishment by court of law. Further, this being a steer on the entire academic community, denigrating the same in front of entire society disciplinary action including immediate expulsion from the college. Exemplary punishment is a must and will be binding & final. It is a criminal offence under I.P.C and any student found to be involved in such activities will be expelled from the College as per prevailing rules & regulation of the College.
